Issue/Rationale The School Health Services Plan shall include policies and procedures for implementing the requirements of s. 381.0056(4)(a)(19), F.S., s. 1002.20(3), F.S. and s. 1002.33(9), F.S. that must be followed when a student is removed for involuntary examination. Recommended Action Approve the School Health Services Plan to include policies and procedures for implementing the requirements of s. 381.0056(4)(a)(19), F.S., s. 1002.20(3), F.S. and s. 1002.33(9), F.S. that must be followed when a student is removed for involuntary examination per legislature.
